With the start of the fall semester just around the corner, ASMP is creating new opportunities to learn more about Workday, DocuSign, and other new Services to be released over the course of the next year. Learn more below about our new resources, new website features, and upcoming information session opportunities.
ASMP has launched a new website with a new design and a new URL, modernizing.utexas.edu. In addition to a new look and feel, you will notice some changes to our information architecture and navigation designed to make our website more useful to you. Some changes you will notice include a reorganized website architecture with intuitive cross-links between teams and project and a new Connect page aggregating all sites, wikis, newsletters, list serves and other resources on one page.
The Workday@UT website, workday.utexas.edu, will serve as the information hub for all things Workday going forward. Currently, you can find reference and resource guides to help manage the transition from legacy systems to Workday including information on the new Workday Financial Data Model, key terms, a Workday icon glossary, Change Overview videos for Academics, and more. Visit our Workday Resources page often for the most updated information.
ASMP had their first successful launch of an iteration of the new MyUT University portal during summer orientation for incoming students. The portal was initially sponsored by the Provost Office in support of student success with the goals of replacing UT Direct’s functionality and giving students one place to access the information to conduct university business.
