About Us

Bridging Texas is a registered student volunteer organization of the University of Texas at Austin that aims to foster intergenerational relationships between students and seniors. We trace our roots to a group of like-minded students who spent their weekends interacting with residents in assisted living and nursing home settings. We continue to expand what it means to spend quality time with seniors. Any undergraduate student at the university is invited to join us in making a difference in our community!
