Who We Are

The COE Graduate Student Council (GSC) consists of a group of graduate students representing the five departments within the College of Education. The GSC works closely with the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies on initiatives and resources to support COE graduate community.

Within the COE GSC, there are also various sub-committees created to focus on the needs of specific graduate student groups, such as parents, international students, or underrepresented minority groups. The full list of sub-committees can be found here.

The COE GSC also works to offer events to support the professional development and well-being of graduate students across the College of Education. A dot (“.”) visible beneath a date in the GSC Events calendar (to the right of this page) indicates a GSC event. Join us for any and all events!

Be sure to sign up for COE grad student-related emails. To do so, please join our listserv by sending an email to sympa@utlists.utexas.edu with subscribe education_grad_students in the subject line.
