Beginning this summer, the Longhorn Center for Academic Excellence, in the Division of Diversity and Community Engagement, will be launching a law school preparation program. This program is a collaborative partnership with the UT Law School and Huston-Tillotson University. It is designed to help prospective law students develop the critical thinking skills and academic habits they will need to be successful in law school. Students will participate in a rigorous program that exposes them to the many demands of law school and the legal profession.
More information about this program will be shared with you at an information session that has been set for Wednesday, March 4, from 3-4pm in the Glenn Maloney Room, located in the Student Services Building (SSB G1.408AB).
Please plan on joining us to find out more. If you can’t join us, we understand. In the coming weeks, we will be sending out an information flier with more details on it.
