Refund / Change Policy
An 80% refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation notification is received 3 weeks prior to the live course date, AND if the access code has not been redeemed.
If you have not redeemed your online course access code has not been redeemed, and you cannot not attend the scheduled live session, you may be eligible for transferring your registration to another seminar date. There is a $150 fee for transferring to another date, plus the registration fee difference of the new seminar. To do this, you must contact the College of Pharmacy CPE Office at 512-471-6213 PRIOR to the live seminar date originally registered for.
If the online course access code for a specific live seminar/home study programmed is redeemed there will be NO refund for cancellation. However, you may be eligible to apply your registration to a later live seminar for a discounted fee off $250, plus the registration fee difference of the new seminar. To do this, you must contact the College of Pharmacy CPE Office at 512-471-6213 PRIOR to the live seminar date originally registered for.

The University of Texas at Austin Continuing Pharmacy Education Office reserves the right to cancel or amend any program at any time. In the event that a program is canceled or amended, every effort will be made to accommodate registrants on a case-by-case basis.
