OSCE SMM in Ukraine is seeking an Head of Human Dimension Department with advanced education/certified training in political science, law, human rights or other relevant field, minimum ten years of experience, five at management level, proven track record in one or more Human Dimension fields, ability to establish relationships with government officials, local and civil society counterparts; and excellent organizational, analytical and reporting skills. Successful candidate will set strategic direction of Human Dimension Department consistent with the Mission’s mandate and other OSCE institutions and events; advise Chief Monitor; and manage relevant programs including budgetary and administrative oversight in support of negotiation process aimed at peaceful settlement of the conflict.
