2019 marked as the 10 year anniversary of Turkish Summer School! We are celebrating this special year by providing thematic programs: Turkish Archaeology Summer School, Turkish Cinema Summer School, and Turkish Literature Summer School. These unique thematic programs allow students to choose based on their own interests, and they will take place from July 22- August 2019.

- These 3 summer 2019 programs are 2-week cultural programs conducted in English in Turkey— with very generous scholarships that are funded by the Turkish government.
- For undergraduate or graduate students interested in ME archeology/ancient history, Turkish cinema or Turkish literature, these look like GREAT introductory programs with lots of relevant, hands-on sight seeing. The Yunus Emre Institute is the equivalent of Germany’s Goethe Institute, albeit much newer. It has run successful international student programs, mostly Turkish language programs with sightseeing trips, for 10-15 years now.
