The application for a fully-funded cultural exchange program is open!

Are you a student aged 18-20 who is interested in history, graphics, and storytelling – and strives to go on a trip to Washington, D.C., and Moscow, Russia? Then this program is just for you! All you have to do is find like-minded people and put together a team of three participants.

The Elbe Arts Project – Shared Victory commemorates the 75th anniversary of the day when American and Soviet troops met on the Elbe River during World War II. We invite you to learn more about Russian-American shared history and the crucial role both countries played in restoring the world’s peace in 1945.

Two winning teams — from Russia and the U.S. – will have a chance to publish a comic book or graphic novel together!

Participation is free – the organizers cover international flights, accommodation, visas, and other expenses.
