Job: Special Advisor, Eurasia Program (Berlin)

Do you want to help make the world a better place with your management, policy analysis and advocacy skills, and regional expertise in Eurasia? We’re seeking a Special Advisor based in Berlin to work closely with our Regional Director for Eurasia to provide leadership and expertise on global advocacy, building political power, and confronting transnational authoritarianism. This position would be working closely with stakeholders across OSF, the seven Eurasian National Foundations, and partners in the field.

The Eurasia Program works to strengthen civil society, uphold human rights, and maintain space for independent debate and discussion in Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and the South Caucuses.
