Emma Wu Dowd, PhD
As part of Student Success Initiatives at The University of Texas at Austin, I lead the Enrollment Analytics & Research team. We support the Division of Enrollment Management in making data-driven decisions about how best to promote student success, from admissions to matriculation to graduation and beyond.
I received a BA in Linguistics from Harvard University in 2009, then continued graduate studies in the UK on a Marshall Scholarship. I received a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Duke University in 2016. From 2016 to 2018, I was an NIH-funded postdoctoral fellow at The Ohio State University.
