Currently, the Improved Cardiovascular Risk Reduction to Enhance Rural Primary Care” ICARE (HL116311) and “MEDication Focused Outpatient Care for Underutilization of Secondary Prevention” MED-FOCUS (HL116259) are serving as the foundation for his most recent project: Medication Adherence: Algorithms for Success (MED-ALS).
