May is Mental Health Month

With final exams here, we can all use a few reminders of the importance of taking care of our mental health and well-being. The good news is that there are many simple steps and healthy choices you can adopt to promote and strengthen your mental health. These include building social support, eating with your mental health in mind, recognizing the signs of stress, and knowing when to reach out for help.  Tune into our Mental Heath Month 2014 blog series for tips and resources for promoting good mental health.

Anna has been Insurance Lead with International Student and Scholar Services at The University of Texas at Austin since January 2013. She holds a BA in History and French from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX and spent one year studying in Nantes, France. She has traveled to France, England, Italy, Morocco, and Mexico and loves working with international students at the University of Texas.
