Raymond J. Brimble
Ray Brimble is an Austin, Texas-based businessman with a portfolio combining entrepreneurial and managerial accomplishments spanning a 40-year career. He has founded more than 50 companies on four continents with activities ranging from oilfield, technology, logistics, and aviation related real estate. His current commercial activities and investments center around the Lynxs Group of Companies, founded in 1994. Lynxs’ holdings include AirLogistix USA, the perishables logistics and handling center at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston. In 2006 Karen and Ray Brimble formed the One Skye Foundation, which provided catalyst funding for a wide variety of the community’s most innovative social and civic efforts. Ray’s current efforts focus on “social entrepreneurial” ventures which include support and investment in both non-profit and for-profit venturing which has proven social impact.

Dr. Gerber joined the faculty at The University of Texas at Austin in 1990, where, in addition to her teaching responsibilities, she served as Director of Academic Programs for the Center for Global Business from 1990 through 1999. From 1999-2006, Dr. Gerber was the Assistant Director of the Center for Customer Insight while she also served as the Assistant Chair of the Department of Marketing and International Business in the McCombs School of Business. In addition, Dr. Gerber currently is the Faculty Director of the International Business major.

Terry B. Kahler is a retired technology sector professional with over 30 years of industry experience. His career spans dozens of regional and global functions with three companies, Dell, Inc., DecisionOne, Inc. and MicroAge, Inc. After joining Dell in 1999, Terry served in a variety of regional and global roles prior to his retirement in June 2012. In his last role, Terry served as Sr. Vice President, On Line Strategic Programs Office. Prior to this role, Terry served as Sr. Vice President, Global Business Operations. Mr. Kahler guest lectures at the University of Texas on the topic of International Business, is an accomplished photographer and has a coaching and consulting practice. He also serves as a coach for students in the University of Texas MBA Marketing and Supply Chain Programs. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, photography, music, dining out, sports and cooking. Mohan S. Kharbanda is a seasoned executive with a successful track record of managing businesses within several Fortune 100 companies. He has served as the VP at Apple (reporting to the Chief Operating Officer Tim Cook) and as the VP of Dell’s Americas Business Unit. Additionally, Mohan has held key leadership positions in the emerging world, serving as VP and managing director of Dell India. Mohan received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota. He has been a guest speaker for the executive marketing program at the Columbia Graduate School of Management in New York and has advised the governments of Ghana, Bangladesh, Mexico, and Nepal through the World Bank. Mohan has served on the boards of MedData, eMids and Utopia Inc, and is the past Chairman of the Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce.

As Director of Corporate & Strategy, Lionel assists with strategy, planning and execution to help clients roll out employee advocacy platforms and has provided extensive social media and policy training. He also helps clients build out issues management protocols and processes so they are ready to respond to issues whenever they arise. Before W2O, Lionel worked at Dell for 18 years and was the founder and chief blogger of Direct2Dell, Dell’s main corporate blog. He was Dell’s first full time employee paid to handle social media efforts, and helped the company bolster its brand and reputation efforts through blogging and engaging customers in social media during several PR issues over those years, including a global battery recall in 2006 and countless others. Lionel earned a degree in archaeological studies from University of Texas at Austin.

Raj Raghunathan earned his PhD from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is currently employed as a professor of marketing at the McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin. Raj’s work juxtaposes theories from psychology, behavioral sciences, decision theory and marketing to document and explain interrelationships between affect and consumption behavior. Raj’s work has been published in top marketing and psychology journals such as, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Marketing, and others. His work has also been cited in the popular press, such as The New York Times, the Austin American Statesman, and Self magazine. Raj was recognized as a Marketing Science Young Scholar in 2005 for his contributions to the field of Marketing, and was recently awarded the prestigious NSF Career Award.
