Dr. Ted Huppert and lab will be hosting a two-day intensive fNIRS training course on advanced data analysis and experimental design. This course will cover the topics of experimental design strategies, data pre-processing, first level statistical analysis (GLM), group level analysis models, image reconstruction, connectivity, and multimodal imaging. Hands-on computer sessions will use the Huppert lab’s NIRS-toolbox. Computers will be provided. Familiarity with fNIRS , introductory statistics or signal processing, and Matlab is recommended.
