THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING WHERE TO LIVE

The ATW Regional Program utilizes a wide variety sites from of a geographic perspective. Because of the wide geographic distribution of sites and the size of the metropolitan area, students should plan on an average commute of 30-60 minutes to their assigned sites. When choosing temporary housing, students should look for centralized locations with easy freeway access.


BASE CAMPUS/WHERE STUDENTS WILL GATHER FOR MEETINGS

All group meetings, practical exams and orientations are held at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy unless otherwise directed.

SUMMARY

The ATW Regional Program offers a variety of sites and training opportunities for students. The diversity of sites and preceptors is clearly one of the strong points of the program making it an excellent choice for experiential rotations.
