The LRC provides services and support to the College of Pharmacy by maintaining a reliable instructional technology infrastructure and by providing professional training and consulting for the use of technology.
Fill out a help ticket to request technology services. You may also view status of a ticket (UTEID required).

In addition, Faculty may choose to distribute exams to students via the LRC checkout desk. Exams must be alphabetized and submitted with an Exam Distribution Form (pdf) to the LRC Office (PHR 4.123).
We connect to University of Texas Pharmacy sites at San Antonio and UT-RGV Edinburg, and to a number of other off-site destinations. We can connect you to most anywhere in the world using our WebEx video meeting system. Setting up a video meeting begins with reserving an appropriate room with the dean’s office. Once your room(s) are confirmed, you may submit a video meeting request by filling out an LRC help ticket (same as above). Other services supported from our video control room include Mediasite lecture capture, video production and in-meeting support (classroom microphones, laptop connection, etc.) . The Instructional Technology Development Lab offers consulting services to faculty, graduate students, and post-doctoral students who are preparing images for publications or presentations. Included in this service is the design and printing of scientific posters for conferences and publication, illustration support for journal submissions, and maintenance of the colleges web pages.
