Daniel Tapia, Pharm.D.

Dr. Daniel Tapia was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. After graduation, Daniel moved to Edinburg, TX to serve as a College Adviser with the National College Advising Corps in conjunction with UT-Austin. The National College Advising Corps places highly-trained and qualified recent college graduates in underserved area high schools across the nation to increase post-secondary educational opportunities to first-generation and underrepresented high-school students. After completing his two-year service with the Corps, Daniel enrolled at Texas A&M Rangel College of Pharmacy to earn his Pharm.D. in 2017. Daniel’s professional interest includes empowering patients to manage their chronic disease states by advancing the professional services of pharmacy in the community setting. Outside pharmacy, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, kayaking, biking, or enjoying a nice book and delicious brunch on a patio at one of Austin’s amazing restaurants.
Dr. Stefanie Van Boskerck received her B.S. in Microbiology from UT Austin and Pharm.D from The University of the Incarnate Word Feik School of Pharmacy in San Antonio. She has been employed with H-E-B for five years, where she began as a cashier and eventually worked her way up as a Pharmacy Intern and now a Pharmacy Resident. Her pharmacy interests include academia, immunizations, and diabetes education. She enjoys spending her spare time reading and binge watching her favorite TV shows. Her favorite book is The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer.
Dr. Beatriz Ugalde is originally from San Antonio, but considers Austin her home. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been an H-E-B partner for five years and is excited to continue her journey with the company as an pharmacy resident. During her free time she enjoys baking, decorating sugar cookies, and going to the movies.
Dr. Julie Gould was born and raised in Mechanicsville, Maryland. She began her academic career at Southern Maryland Community College, and later earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. Dr. Gould’s professional interests include providing immunizations, health screenings, and promoting the practice of community pharmacy. She is also interested in pursuing pharmacy education. In her free time, she enjoys reading, enjoying time with friends and family, and exploring Austin.
