Darriell Harris, Pharm.D.

Dr. Darriell Harris was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Texas Southern University. Darriell’s various work experiences and rotations ignited her passion for direct patient care. Her career interests include community pharmacy practice management with an emphasis in ambulatory care services. Her professional interests include diabetes, health screenings, and medication safety. Darriell enjoys spending her free time with family, reading, and exploring new recipes! Project: Administration of long-acting injectable antipsychotics in a community pharmacy setting.
Yung Heather Leung, Pharm.D.
Site: H-E-B Pharmacy – Austin (Anderson Mill/620)
Dr. Heather Leung is from Katy, Texas and obtained her Pharm.D. from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. Heather’s professional interests include immunizations, transitions of care, and chronic disease state education in the community setting. In her free time she enjoys reading comics, doing puzzles, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Project: The community pharmacists’ role in the initiation of opioids in the opioid naive patient.
Dr. Tommy Jiang attended the University of Houston for his undergraduate education. He then earned his Pharm.D. from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. He comes with 6 year of pharmacy experience in the community pharmacy. His professional interest include immunizations, diabetes education, oncology, and academia. During his free time he enjoys exploring trails, working on his Jeep, photography, going to car shows, and cooking.
Project: Interactive Pictograph Counseling Software for Patients with Unknown Literacy and a non-English Language Communication Preference.
Dr. Lumeng Li is from Houston, TX. She attended the University of Houston where she received her Bachelor of Art in Psychology and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She worked as a technician and intern for Walgreens Pharmacy for 5 years prior to joining the H-E-B/UT residency team. Her professional interests include mental health, diabetes, and ambulatory care. During her free time she enjoys making costumes and props, cooking, and playing video games. Project: Administration of long-acting injectable antipsychotics in a community pharmacy setting.
Kelton Peck, Pharm.D.
