Residencies and Fellowships

By September 2019, identify new and emerging pharmacy practice residency and fellowship opportunities (e.g., transitional and ambulatory care) that develop advanced practitioners with a focus on the provision of patient centered, pharmacy care.

Accountable: associate dean for clinical programs.

New Resources Needed: personnel (residency directors, preceptors), physical (practice sites).
