Critical Mass of Staff Members

By September 2016, establish a process to discern and regularly re-evaluate the necessary critical mass of staff members needed to effectively and efficiently address the academic, research and service missions of the college.

Accountable: assistant dean for administration, dean’s cabinet.

 


Indicators

  1. Scores on staff surveys are higher than the previous survey periods.
  2. An adequate depth and breadth of staff is in place to achieve the college’s mission and vision.
