Roadblocks and Innovative Solutions

By September 2016, implement a process for faculty members to report roadblocks to their success and to collaborate in discovering innovative solutions to resolve them.

Indicators

  1. Faculty are more satisfied with their career progression, as measured by relevant questions on the AACP survey, as compared to the prior survey period.
  2. There is a low rate of faculty turnover.
