Mentoring Program for Junior Faculty

By September 2016, review the participation and structure of the existing mentoring program for junior faculty and modify if necessary.

Accountable: executive committee, dean’s cabinet.





  1. All Assistant Professors have documentation that describes a mentoring relationship on file with their Division Head.
  2. All Assistant Professors are meeting at least annually with each of their official mentors.
