Career Mentoring Program for Staff

By September 2016, create and implement a formal staff mentoring program that includes the formulation of an individualized career track for staff, when suitable.

Accountable: staff development committee, assistant dean for administration.

  2. All staff are meeting at least annually with their official mentors..
