Contingency Plans

By September 2016, develop contingency plans to resolve or address any new issues that may hinder the advancement of the strategic plan.

Accountable: dean’s’ cabinet.

 


Indicators

  1. A monitoring system is established and is used to respond to new issues.
  2. College leaders and key stakeholders are trained to use the monitoring system.
  3. Action plans are developed to address and resolve new issues as they arise.
