Online Progress Reports
By September 2016, implement a dynamic, online mechanism to submit, revise, and review detailed progress on each strategic plan objective at least annually.
Accountable: director of assessment.
New Resources Needed: personnel (research assistant for notifications, analyses, and reports).
- A mechanism is established and tested for usability.
- Quarterly or semester reports are submitted.
- Data from the monitoring system is used to inform decisions.
- Strengths and weaknesses are identified.
- Pharmacy assessment council members report progress on strategic plan objectives that are relevant to his/her portfolio.
