Ravyn Middleton

Research Coordinator


Ravyn Middleton is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she received her degree in human development and family sciences. She initially joined the SOGI: Health and Rights Lab as a research assistant in 2016, but has recently joined the Population Research Center and the Human Development and Family Sciences Department at UT Austin as a research coordinator.

Ravyn also works with nonprofits and other community initiatives to support the local youth and the LGBTQ community of Central Texas. She is interested in connecting research, policy, and practice in the healthcare field to work toward eliminating health disparities experienced by LGBTQ individuals and other marginalized communities.
