Immunization Coordinator – Public Health
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Markets the state registry to healthcare providers.
- Coordinates transfer of data between electronic systems as needed.
- Oversees vaccine inventory for electronic health record.
- Oversees vaccine audit schedules per Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
- Supervises staff.
- Works with Medical Director’s office to update and maintain Vaccine Administration Guidelines.
- Coordinates state and local immunization reporting.
- Provides nursing assistance with immunization events as needed.
- Performs all other related duties involved in the operation of the Public Health Department as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements:

TO APPLY, must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
TO APPLY, must have Two (2) full-time years of work experience as a registered nurse.
TO APPLY, must have current and valid RN licensure.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Knowledge of immunization practices and public speaking skills preferred.
