Do you have Type 2 diabetes? Are you a UT Select insurance member? If so, the HealthPoint Wellness Program has teamed up with the Seton Diabetes Education Center to offer a free, onsite diabetes education program.* These classes will teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle with diabetes using proven strategies to improve blood glucose control and lower your risk of future health problems.

Registration is required. Please do not enroll if you cannot attend all four sessions. Participants may use Sick Time to participate in this class and should schedule this time in advance with their supervisor.

To find out more information, please click here. If you have any questions, please call Seton at 512-324-1891 and choose option 2 to speak with a scheduler.

We hope to offer more classes in the future. If you cannot attend all four sessions this time and want to be placed on a waitlist for any future classes, please email Healthpoint.wellness@austin.utexas.edu.
