Team goals:

  1. Go for gold! Any team that averages 300,000 steps per person at the end of the challenge earns gold!
  2. Go for silver! Any team that averages 250,000 steps per person at the end of the challenge earns silver!
  3. Go for bronze! Any team that averages 200,000 steps per person at the end of the challenge earns bronze!

These numbers were derived from the total number of steps needed by individual to complete the challenge. For example, an individual needs to log 50,000 steps for 5 out of 6 weeks. (50,000 steps X 5 weeks = 250,000 steps). While the challenge only requires 50,000 steps for 5 out of 6 weeks, the gold level is based on completing 50,000 steps for 6 weeks. For the team challenge it does not matter who gets the steps. For example, one team member may get 70,000 steps per week while another gets 20,000 steps. The team goal is an average number of steps.
