The next Workday Town Hall has been scheduled for Monday, April 9, from 10 AM to 11:30 AM, in the AVAYA Auditorium (POB 2.302). The presentation will be livestreamed (EID required) and video will be posted to the Workday website. Agenda items for this meeting include:
- An update on how we are preparing both campus business and technical teams and units to be ready for go live
- An overview of End User Testing when users from each College, School, and Unit will be selected to help test the system and gain familiarity with Workday processes
- Some of the over-arching major changes coming with the Workday system
- A preview of the activities and plans that will be put into place to successfully deploy the Workday system
- How Workday will be integrating with our existing financial systems. In this meeting we will provide a summary of work that is planned to bridge the new Workday system with our existing systems
- A Workday demo to show the ease of use of Workday’s web-based, mobile-friendly user interface
