On September 20, timesheets will require an additional authentication step through Duo, a two-factor authentication application the university has chosen to help increase security and confidentiality of data. In order to fill out your timesheet, you will need access to Duo. Starting in early November, timesheets will be in Workday, which will also require Duo.
For instructions on how to log in to these pages using Duo, refer to the steps in the help article How do I set up two factor authentication? page. For direct assistance with Duo, call 512-475-9400. Need more info? Click: Two-Factor Authentication.

This is part of the Multifactor Authentication Campus Strategy. Starting in early November, timesheets will be part of Workday, which will also require Duo. By putting the current timesheet system behind Duo, university employees can get used to logging in through multi-factor authentication before Workday replaces our current HR and payroll systems.
