The Add Additional Job business process is currently experiencing a bug with the End Employment Date – the date is missing from view once the initiator submits the first step of the process or “Saves for Later”.
During this time while the bug persists, please indicate the end employment date in the comments of the transaction so that approvers are able to approve with complete information. We anticipate this issue to be resolved with the Jan. 11 Workday update.
Workday, Inc. is aware of this issue and we are working with them towards a resolution. We will follow-up with additional information and guidance as soon as it is available. In the meantime, the Workday Team will be creating a report to identify any fixed-term employees without employment end dates and we will work directly with impacted colleges, schools, and units.
