New in askUS: Should I change the compensation plan and frequency that defaults in for a worker?
No, it is important not to change the compensation package or hourly/salary plan and frequency that defaults in when initiating Request Compensation Change, Hire, Change Job and Add Job. If a salary or hourly compensation plan that has defaulted in is switched out with a different plan, it could cause payment errors.
