The African American Nursing Student Association is open to any enrolled undergraduate or graduate student, faculty, and staff at The University of Texas at Austin regardless of their color, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, or disability. We encourage individuals of all backgrounds and nationalities to join in order to continue the diversification of The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing.

- Attend General Meetings scheduled throughout the school year
- Attend Service Events within the local UT & Austin community
- Pay Dues at the start of each semester
