UT AAPS Student Chapter
Who we are
AAPS Student Chapter – UT Austin is a graduate student organization at The University of Texas at Austin’s College of Pharmacy. It was founded with the goal of promoting professional and academic engagement both inside and outside of the university, within the limit of its objective under the umbrella of AAPS and UT Austin.
It is a completely non-profit and non-political organization. The organization’s activities should be structured to facilitate networking, and a range of professional projects.
Our Objectives
The AAPS Student Chapter – UT Austin promotes:
- Activities for the general welfare of graduate students in molecular pharmaceutics and drug delivery (MPDD) divisionand other disciplines within the College of Pharmacy.
- Fellowship and travel grants for students of the MPDD division to attain national conferences, particularly the AAPS.
- Awareness of the responsibilities and challenges of the modern scientist.
- A professional spirit among its members.
- It stimulates interest, scholarly attainment Graduate students communication and interaction amongst graduate students across different disciplines within the College of Pharmacy and also with various experts in the field.
