The AI+Human Objectives Initiative

The AI+Human Objectives Initiative (AHOI) is building a community of researchers at UT Austin interested in ensuring that the social impact of advanced artificial intelligence is aligned with human goals and values. Our research broadly covers a wide range of topics related to the alignment, safety, and social impact of AI, with a particular emphasis on decision-making in AI agents.
