Ambassadors for Community Health-Auxiliary at St. David’s Medical Center (formerly St David’s Medical Center Healthcare Volunteers) is looking for medical and nursing school scholarship applicants. Applicants must be currently enrolled or have been accepted into a Texas school offering advanced degrees in medicine or a medically related field.
Our scholarship program provides scholarships for the fall and spring semesters. For the current year (2017-18), we have awarded 21 scholarships totaling $128,000.00. Frankly, in the field of applications.
Our 2018-19 application goes live December 1, 2017. In addition to the requirement noted above, eligibility also requires completing and submitting the application packet, an essay, official transcript, proof of US Citizenship or legal resident status, a resume, and two references.
