Resilience among Nurses in Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Settings -Seeking participants

The purpose of this study is to examine resilience among nurses working in either long term care or rehabilitation settings and investigate whether demographics, professional quality of life, and sleep quality are significant predictors of nurse’s resilience.

You qualify to be part of the study if you are a nurse working at long term care or rehabilitation settings providing direct patient care for 12 hours or more per week.

Benefit: Upon completion of the survey packet, you will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 dollar Amazon gift certificate if you choose to provide an email address.

What will you be asked to do if you agree to participate: to fill out an online survey that contains general questions about you, sleep quality, professional quality of life, and resilience.

Time required: 30 minutes
