Symposium logistics
| Where are the talks being held? | The talks will be held in the Avaya Auditorium (room 2.302) in the Peter O’Donnell, Jr. Building (POB) on the UT Austin campus. |
| Where is the symposium dinner on Monday? | The dinner will be from 6:30-9:00 pm the Texas Science and Natural History Museum |
| Will there be food? | Lunch, coffee/tea, and snacks will be provided both days of the conference for registered participants. The conference dinner on Monday will also be provided for those participants who register. |
| How do I report a violation of the code of conduct? | If you encounter unacceptable behavior, the university provides a detailed structure for reporting violations, including some options that operate anonymously. There are channels to report violations, such as the Department of Investigation and Adjudication (DIA), the Title IX Office, and the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity.
