Jacob Baker is a 2022 Fall graduate student hoping to earn his PhD in biomedical engineering. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Arizona and was born in Sacramento, California. His research focuses on optimizing a laser microbiopsy device for less invasive and more rapid tissue analysis. Outside of research, he likes to play videogames, swim, and hike the Greenbelt.
