Dagny Larson is a fourth year doctoral student in the Burgermaster Lab. Dagny received her BS in Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed a dietetic internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Prior to attending grad school, Dagny worked as a clinical dietitian focusing on inpatient rehabilitation, dialysis, and long-term care. Her research interests include investigating how technology can support dietetics practice through dietary assessment, patient self-monitoring, and supporting long-term health behavior change. She has worked as a Teaching Assistant and Assistant Instructor for clinical and food service dietetic courses within the Department of Nutritional Sciences since 2019.
