HR Huber-Rodriguez is a 3rd year dual degree student in Global Policy Studies at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and the University of Texas School of Law.  After graduating from Rice University with a degree in physics and UC Berkeley with a degree in civil engineering, HR worked for four years as a data scientist in the renewable energy financing space in California.  He presently works under Drs. Waxman and Olmstead modeling emissions and economic outcomes under various carbon capture adoption scenarios.  After graduating, HR hopes to practice law within the energy, climate and environmental sectors.
