Since 2018, CSC has been producing a student interview series called Cockrell School Shares! This series is intended to provide students with a platform to share their thoughts on their experiences in engineering to move forward community conversations about how we can cultivate a healthy, learning environment in the Cockrell school.

2021

3rd year PGE Rahul M on how being involved in the Equal Opportunity in Engineering program has shaped his college experience, as well as how pet ownership has helped him maintain a balanced life while at UT
4th year BME Sanjana Srinath on recovering from burnout, managing her well being while taking online classes, and her experiences finding professional mental health care both at UT and beyond
3rd year CE Wendy Zhang on the need for a more progressive curriculum in engineering and the relationship between taking an alternative path within her major and imposter syndrome
