Monday: CSC x SEC Snacks with Seniors 11 am – 1 pm

Want some advice from people who have already been in your shoes? Come grab a snack and talk to Student Engineering Council (SEC) and Cockrell School Cares (CSC) seniors about advise for ending the semester strong, managing their time in college, finding internships/jobs, and navigating through college!

Tuesday: Self Care and Compassion 10 am – 4 pm

It’s important to take some time for yourself every now and then! Stop by our table for snacks and talk to Cockrell School Cares (CSC) members/officers about different methods for self care and participate in our random acts of kindness and “We’re not really strangers” games!

Wednesday: Stress Management 10 am – 4 pm

As we’re getting closer to finals and going through the final stretch of the semester, it can be a stressful time for most students to finish the semester strong! Join us today and create your own stress management kit with fidget toys, candy, and relaxing teas! You can also help us grow our CSC Spotify playlist by sharing with us relaxing/uplifting songs you recommend!

Thursday: Preventing Burnout 10 am – 4 pm

Stop by our table for snacks and information/advice on how to prevent burnout and steps to take if you feel burnout! We will also be having a gratitude tree where you can get a free UT Counselling and Mental Health Center (CMHC) gratitude journal and write on our gratitude tree what you are feeling grateful for!

Friday: Digital Detox 10 am – 4 pm

Need a break from your phone? Stop by our table for snacks and information on how you can do a digital detox and ways to reduce your screen time. We will also be sharing book recommendations and other methods to take time away from our devices!
