CANVAS LMS
Canvas is the learning management tool where one may view courses, take online classes, read class materials when posted by respective instructors, submit homework/assignments and view grades. This tool is used for online collaboration in many courses. Always verify with instructors regarding usage of the Canvas LMS tool – https://utexas.instructure.com/
UT-IT SERVICES
The University of Texas has multiple portlets for handling different I.T. related issues and these links can come handy –

👉 Service desk for raising and following up tickets – https://ut.service-now.com/sp?id=index , use service desk to create, manage and update any I.T. service like email, password reset, etc. It is viewable without login, but service request will require an SSO-EID login.
👉 UT EID Self-Service Tools (to create and manage UT online identification or EID) – https://idmanager.its.utexas.edu/eid_self_help/
👉 Note: For locked EID related issues, at this date, the only way to retrieve is to contact the service desk over phone or raise a request from a functional EID – https://ut.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_article&number=KB0011276 , so don’t waste time searching other resolution.
