Cohort Leaders
Cohort Leaders will be advanced leaders in the pharmacy community who have a personal desire to help advise and mentor the next generation of pharmacy leaders. Cohort leaders are dynamic change leaders with a history of innovation, leadership confidence, and self-efficacy to create, manage, motivate and lead change in pharmacy. They are true thought leaders who are motivated to converse leadership in the profession and the profession’s advancement with other thought focused leaders. Cohort leaders will serve as facilitators in helping participants reflect, plan, and implement their individual CPD plans while fostering a connection to assist individuals in their next phases of their careers.
