Dr. Baumgart is the Director of the Continuing Professional Development / Continuing Pharmacy Education office at The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. He is the Chair of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy Continuing Professional Development Section. Dr. Baumgart received his doctorate in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, Masters degree from Minnesota State University in Mankato, his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Indiana.
