Downloadable conference materials**, 20+ hours of CPE credit, optional Immunization Update Friday Activity, optional virtual attendance, recorded live sessions made available for home-study credit following the event (4 to 6 weeks), and breakfast/lunch (in-person attendees only).
** Please Note: PPS has fully transitioned to a GREEN event, which means that printed notebooks and/or paper copies of presentation slides will no longer be provided as part of registration. If participants wish to have a copy of the presentation slides in closer view, they should plan to bring a personal device (e.g. laptop, iPad, phone) to access the slides during each presentation.

PPS Refund Policy
An 80% refund will be issued for cancellation if participant notifies UT Continuing Pharmacy Education before September 1 and before completing any content for CPE Credit. Refunds will not be made after September 1 or if any CE credit has been claimed.
Attendance Preference (In-Person or Virtual)
PPS registrants will have until September 1 to indicate their final attendance preference for PPS: In-Person in Austin or Virtually via Zoom webinar. UT CPE will send out a survey on September 1 to give participants final opportunity to indicate their attendance preference. Participants may also change their attendance preference or ask questions before September 1 by emailing UT CPE: UTpharmacyCE@austin.utexas.edu
By registering for PPS, participants authorize UT CPE to use their name, likeness, and/or voice in any recordings/pictures taken as part of the event (Note: UT CPE takes every precaution to remove personal information when producing recorded content). Attendee list/information is NOT shared with 3rd party vendors/exhibitors/sponsors; participants must provide explicit written consent if they wish for their information to be shared with 3rd parties/exhibitors/sponsors.
COVID-19 Protocol Agreement
Those who register to attend PPS in-person in Austin agree to the following: In the week prior to the start of the event, if you are experiencing symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19, or think you may have been recently exposed to COVID-19 – please stay home. We’ll transfer your registration to the live webcast for no additional fee – or you can watch the recorded sessions on your own time (available to all attendees within 4-6 weeks).
