UT Drupal Kit 2.4.1 Release

ITS has posted a patch-level release of the UT Drupal Kit in order to address a specific issue that was manifesting itself on sites running on UT Web by truncating the first nine characters from textareas on pages with responsive tables.

If you are using the UT Drupal Kit on a different platform than UT Web and are not experiencing this issue, you do not need to apply this update and can wait until our next full release, which is currently scheduled for December 6, 2016.

How to Update the UT Drupal Kit

Complete instructions and download links for updating a UT Drupal Kit site are available on the documentation wiki.

Since this update is specifically aimed at UT Web, please remember that any customizations to your site’s .htaccess or robots.txt files should be preserved when applying a Drupal Kit update. This is especially pertinent in regards to the .htaccess customization that is necessary for installation on UT Web.

Please review the release notes thoroughly, and always make backups of your code, files, and database before proceeding with an update!
