Ojeda Project What is the Ojeda Project? The Ojeda Project is an extension of Project DUAL that’s focused on supporting bilingual middle school students at Ojeda Middle School. Current RAs visit the school each Fall and Spring semester to develop and deliver an engaging after-school program that built around language brokering (i.e., the act of translating or interpreting for one’s parents). Project DUAL RAs help Ojeda students strengthen their translation and communication skills while reflecting on their emotional experiences as language brokers.
