- Click on Pages → Add New
- Enter a title, content, and a featured image (optional)
- Click on Publish
- Go to Appearance → Menus
- In the Pages tab (left column), choose the page that was just added and click Add to Menu
- The page will now be a menu in the right column. Drag and drop the menu item to the desired position.
- To make a submenu, drag the child menu on top of the desired parent menu. The child menu will appear indented below the parent menu.
- Click on Save Menu
